RESOLVED: We're in the process of tracking down (and fixing) a problem you may be seeing, involving switching from Edit HTML to Compose mode in Blogger's Post Editor, as well as saving some settings. Image Upload may be affected as well - we'll update this post once we know more about the issue.Update, 12:30PM: we have fixed the problem and saving settings should work properly.
